  • How do they differ from what’s in the online store? As far as I know, I have yet to see another “hair flower” creator offer an option to their consumer that is as detailed and thorough to making their own piece as the Nat Naut Beauty process.

  • What typical information will you ask of me if I am interested in a Build Your Own Beauty?

  • What is the usual timeline for the creation of my BYO Beauty? It’s dependent on whether or not the BYO Beauty is in need of materials that I will need to order ahead of time, I’d like to say my average is a 1-2week turnaround. If you need something quicker, let me know! I can see what I can do to expedite the process.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    • It’s FREE for any and all U.S.-based orders over $25 - just use the code FREESHIPPING to take off the charge!

    • For any orders under $25, it is an additional $5, which helps offset the cost of our upgraded shipping materials we’ve recently implemented.

  • How do you ensure my beauties are cared for during the shipping process? We believe each of our Beauties is truly unique, and we're committed to ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. That's why we've upgraded our shipping materials! In addition to wrapping our delicate beauties in layers of tissue, we now box them for added protection, ensuring your order arrives safely and securely.

  • How long does it take you to process an order before it is sent? Usually a 3-5 business day period for any Beauty purchased from the store.

  • Where are your packages shipped from? Highlands Ranch, CO

  • Do you ship packages internationally? Yes, however shipping rates will apply.

  • Do you offer tracking on shipped packages? Always! I will send you the tracking number as soon as I ship your purchase!
